Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears returned to the campaign trail Thursday in Harrisonburg after being pulled back to Richmond for a surprise redistricting session she said was orchestrated by Democrats to sideline her in the final stretch before Election Day.
“The Democrats wanted that. You know why? Because they’re trying to get at me, because they see the numbers and they know we’re going to win,” Earle-Sears told supporters.
