CATALDO, Idaho -- An ongoing bridge replacement project will close the eastbound off-ramp of Interstate 90 near Cataldo starting early Monday morning.
According to the Idaho Transportation Department, the closure is expected to last at least three weeks, depending on weather and construction progress.
During that time, drivers will not be able to use the eastbound off-ramp. Instead, drivers should use the Kingston Exit and return to I-90 westbound to access Cataldo.
ITD says it expects the new eastbound bridge to be open before Thanksgiving, if everything goes according to plan.
Because the eastbound off-ramp is part of the detour route for the adjacent Canyon Road Bridge replacement by the East Side Highway District, drivers in the area should expect an updated detour and follow local
