SPOKANE, Wash. -- Police arrested a Spokane man in Florida on Tuesday for possessing child sex abuse material, according to Spokane Police Department.
On October 28, police arrested 38-year-old Tyrone Lee Cliff in Ruskin, Florida on seven first-degree felony charges of possession of material depicting sexual abuse of children.
In August, detectives in Florida received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about a person downloading child sex abuse material. An investigation found Cliff had downloaded the material on a device, originally registered to a home in Spokane.
As detectives prepared to serve a search warrant at Cliff's Spokane home, they learned he had recently moved to Ruskin, Florida.
