The Anaheim Ducks took their coffee with a scream and sugar this week.
In a video posted by the Ducks on social media, the team were spooked as they arrived at the Honda Center for a recent morning practice.
The Ducks partnered with a local business called 17 th Door to create a scary hallway leading to the team’s locker room. A fake construction worker, who wore a clown mask under his helmet, pretended to work on a pipe outside the doors to the locker room.
Jacob Trouba tried to hide himself in the corner as a fake pipe exploded in front of him.
“Early wake up call, wasn’t really expecting that,” Trouba said in the video. “Not as much the clown masks, but when pipes were going to explode, I don’t know what you’re supposed to do but curl up in the corner. I don’t know what the logic
