The Mesa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Dylan Braaksma who is missing and was last seen at 6:45 p.m. Oct. 28 near Gilbert Road and Brown Road.

He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, gray shorts and was carrying a black backpack.

Braaksma is a white male with black hair, brown eyes, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds.
