Projet Montréal mayoral candidate Luc Rabouin is calling on his main opponent, Soraya Martinez Ferrada, to clarify her decision to recruit a well-known media personality who was “ dismissed for serious ethical reasons. ”
During a news conference Thursday, Rabouin pointed out that Leslie Roberts was forced to resign from his role with Global Toronto in 2015 over a conflict of interest.
Roberts is now running for Ensemble Montréal in the Peter-McGill district. Rabouin noted the party has also chosen him to be responsible for downtown’s economic development if elected.
