LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A Kentucky juvenile corrections lieutenant alleged she was punished for speaking out against workplace sexual harassment in a lawsuit, according to the Lexington Herald-Leader.

Corrections Lt. LaQuetta Black, who works at the Fayette Regional Juvenile Detention Center, brought sexual harassment claims to high-ranking state officials after her previous reports were ignored for two years by the facility, the Lexington Herald-Leader reported.

After an investigation, which ended in the firing of Charles Scott Harris, the deputy facility manager at the time, and Jesse Joe Caskey Jr., a facility manager at the time, Black alleged she has been subjected to retaliatory behavior by her bosses.
