OMAHA, Neb. —

Omaha's Weather Leader is predicting more snow than last winter.

Bill Randy said this winter will bring weak La Niña conditions, and despite three of the snowiest winters in the metro occurred during weak La Niñas, he said he doesn't expect that to happen this year.

Those snowiest winters happened about 40 years ago, and because of recent weak La Niñas, Randby believes we will see a "repeat of last winter" where the earlier part was warmer and around February the temperatures drop.
