JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Jacksonville Jaguars rookie Travis Hunter was added to the injury report Thursday after presumably getting hurt during practice.
Hunter showed up on the report as a limited participant because of a knee injury. He practiced in full Wednesday and showed no signs of being injured during the portion open to reporters Thursday.
But then he was not in the locker room following practice Thursday for his weekly media session.
Hunter is coming off a career performance against the Los Angeles Rams in London. The 2024 Heisman Trophy winner caught eight passes for 101 yards and a touchdown, and the Jaguars (4-3) were planning to use him as their No. 1 receiver this week at the Las Vegas Raiders (2-5) partly because Brian Thomas Jr. leads the league with nine dropped passe
