WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - Postseason began Thursday night for high school football, and we had a ton of teams in action — 14 to be exact — but if there were two that stood out, it was Valley Center and Bishop Carroll.
Golden Eagles Head coach Chris Jaax officially got his first postseason win under his belt here after a shutout victory to open the playoffs.
It was a slow start for both of these offenses, scoreless through the first quarter. Both teams went for it on fourth-down attempts, but only a few were successful.
