COLUMBUS, Ohio—After weeks of Republican stonewalling on a new congressional redistricting plan, the Ohio Redistricting Commission appears set to pass a bipartisan map that makes it more likely for the GOP to pick up two U.S. House seats next year.
The Republican-authored plan, unveiled by redistricting commission members during a meeting late Thursday afternoon, is poised to pass Friday. By law, approval of a map requires two meetings.
