CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio --
Aggravated menacing: Compton Road
At 10:05 a.m. Oct. 24, a woman, 42, reported a road rage incident in which she said a man pulled out a gun.
Police searched the area of Compton Road and Euclid Heights Boulevard and spotted the suspect’s Honda CRV stopped in front of a house. The man who got out of the vehicle matched the description of the suspect.
An officer got out of his car and approached the man, who was an Amazon driver walking a package to a porch.
The man asked the officer, “Are you here to listen to my side, or make this worse?”
Police found a gun wedged into the driver’s seat of the CRV.
The incident allegedly occurred because the man thought the woman’s car was following his.
Police arrested the 39-year-old man for aggravated menacing.
