NOTASULGA – Aydn Heinrich accumulated 87 yards on 15 carries. He also caught a pair of passes for 26 yards and a touchdown, and had four tackles on defense, but the Gaylesville Trojans lost their football season finale by the final of 41-8 at Notasulga on Thursday night.
Jack Sentell added 36 yards on nine carries for the Trojans (3-7). He also led Gaylesville’s defense with six tackles. Sean Poss finished with four tackles.
Notasulga (5-3) built a 35-8 lead at halftime. The Blue Devils travel to University Charter to begin the Class 1A state playoffs next Friday.
