Larsen and Toubro (L&T) has partnered with the US-based General Atomics Aeronautical Systems for the manufacturing of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems. The company said that the unmanned aircraft systems will be manufactured entirely in India.

L&T stated that, under its partnership with General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, the company will participate in the upcoming 87 Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems programme of the Ministry of Defence , where it will be the prime bidder and General Atomics Aeronautical Systems will be the technology partner.
