Two brothers accused of murdering South African rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and his friend, chef Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane, are set to be extradited from Eswatini to face trial in South Africa.

The suspects, Siyabonga Gezani Ndimande and Malusi David Ndimande, had been contesting their extradition since their arrest in February 2024.

They recently withdrew their appeal against an August 2024 court ruling that ordered their return to South Africa.

According to National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) spokesperson Natasha Ramkisson-Kara, Eswatini authorities have formally informed South Africa of the decision.

The extradition clears the way for the brothers to stand trial alongside five other accused persons in the high-profile murder case.
