Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Friday paid a surprise visit to Rajiv Bhawan in Bhubaneswar to assess the functioning, efficiency, and attendance of government officials. The unannounced inspection aimed to evaluate departmental performance and ensure that officers were adhering to work schedules and responsibilities.

According to reports, the Chief Minister was accompanied by the Development Commissioner during the visit. He toured various sections of the department, inspected the State Hydrological Data Centre, and reviewed detailed data on water levels across major dams in Odisha. CM Majhi also visited the chambers of several officials and conference halls in different wings of the building to observe day-to-day operations.
