We are forecasting to see a breezy and cold Halloween.

As of this morning, we are seeing daytime highs only climb into the mid-40s, which is below average for this time of year.

Our winds will be breezy today, as they could gust up to 25 to 30 miles per hour.

The breezy wind will make it feel like we are in the 30s for much of the day.

There will be sunshine for the first part of the day, but by the afternoon and evening our clouds will increase.

A stray shower could be possible this afternoon and evening, but it will likely stay dry today.

HALLOWEEN NIGHT OUTLOOK:

The stray showers could continue into the early evening hours, which is when we could see some flurries.

The chance for flurries will be small.
