Kishtwar, October 31: District Congress Committee Kishtwar observed Indira Gandhi Martyrs’ Day and celebrated the Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at the Party Headquarters, Hidyal Kishtwar.

The programme was held under the leadership of Adv.
