A man has been charged with having a ‘home made spear and £10,000 of criminal property’ following an investigation into a shooting in Middlesbrough . Bronson Robinson has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon, possession with intent to supply class A drugs and possession of criminal property.

A police probe was launched following a report that a firearm had been discharged at flats in Scholars Rise on Sunday, October 26, and Cleveland Police confirmed the "unrelated alleged offences" on Thursday. The 33-year-old appeared at Teesside Magistrates’ Court on Thursday for a first hearing.
