LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — An Athens man has been convicted of multiple drug charges in Limestone County.
Jefferey Dewayne Madry, 37, of Athens, was convicted of Trafficking Methamphetamine, Trafficking Cocaine, Certain Persons Prohibited from Carrying a Firearm, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana.
The conviction stems from a incident where Madry was arrested during November 2019. Authorities say that Madry was the main supplier and was busted during a months -long investigation. Deputies in Limestone County added that the drug bust was "one of the largest" Limestone County has ever seen.
