As we head through the rest of Friday and into Saturday, we're tracking an upper-level low pressure system as it swings through. This will bring a chance for showers and sprinkles, especially late this afternoon and into tonight. For those planning outdoor Halloween festivities, you should be in pretty good shape before the most widespread rain arrives.

For today, expect our highs to reach the mid-50s before cooling off into the 40s this evening. Overnight, temperatures will dip into the low to mid-30s. On Saturday, temperatures will be warm enough that any precipitation falling should be rain, though we'll keep an eye on the possibility of a brief wintry mix early Saturday morning. Highs on Saturday are forecast to be in the upper 40s to around 50 degrees.
