President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump looked smitten while handing out Halloween candy to children at the 2025 White House’s trick-or-treat event.
Trump and the first lady did not dress up for the spooky holiday, but video of the event shows them giving candy to trick-or-treaters who wore creative costumes on the South Lawn on Thursday, Oct. 30.
The president and first lady welcomed the children of law enforcement, military and administrative officials, as well as foster and adoptive families, to the annual celebration.
Some of the children who trick-or-treated came dressed as a fairy, a lampshade and even former President Abraham Lincoln while others dressed up as Trump and his wife.
