YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Charges against two men accused of taking part in a downtown fight where a woman was curb stomped have been changed from a second-degree felony to a third-degree felony.
A Mahoning County grand jury Thursday issued superseding indictments charging twin brothers Ryan and Bryan Moore, 49, with attempt to commit an offense for an Aug. 15 fight downtown in which a woman who said the brothers were stalking her in a nearby bar fought with them and had her head stomped against a curb.
The brothers were originally charged by Youngstown police with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and were indicted on those charges Oct. 2 by a grand jury.
County prosecutor Lynn Maro said the change was made after the medical records of the victim were available. Maro did not
