YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - A federal judge has ordered Ursuline High School and the Catholic Diocese of Youngstown to provide the names and addresses of all the players who have been implicated in a lawsuit filed by a family who is claiming their son was a victim of hazing and assault during a summer field trip with the high school football team.
The original complaint identifies players and their parents as "Player" and a number, but their contact information had not been completely obtained or verified. The order filed Thursday by Judge Benita Pearson compels Ursuline High School to turn over the complete contact information for Players, 1,4,8,9,11,29 and 21 and their parents or guardians no later than Nov. 10 to the plaintiff.
