(WKBN) - Get ready for sunsets as early as 5 p.m. It's that time of year again when we 'fall back' because it's the end of Daylight Saving Time.

The clocks turn back at 2 a.m. Sunday. Some health experts want to stop the time change, claiming it can lead to poor sleep, which can lead to chronic health issues-- including cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity, as well as anxiety and depression.

The American Academy of Sleep Medicine is among groups urging lawmakers to eliminate seasonal time changes-- and enact permanent standard time. It says that the time change is a safety risk because of darkness in the morning and that morning light is good for mood and health.
