: Meghalaya Power Minister Metbah Lyngdoh on Friday highlighted the State’s remarkable progress in renewable energy development at the Regional Workshop on Renewable Energy – North Eastern Zone, held today in Guwahati.
The workshop was chaired by Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy Prahlad Venkatesh Joshi, and attended by Power Ministers and officials from all eight Northeastern States.
In his address, Lyngdoh expressed gratitude to the Union Minister for his continued support to the region’s clean energy initiatives and commended the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) for fostering collaboration and innovation across the North East.
