Spartanburg County's measles outbreak continues to grow, according to officials with the South Carolina Department of Public Health (DPH).

In an Oct. 31 written update, DPH said four new cases have been identified in the county in the past three days.

Since the start of 2025, the state has seen a total of 37 cases of measles. Thirty-four of those cases are part of the ongoing outbreak in the Upstate.
