KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A pair of key players on the Kansas City Chiefs' offense have officially been ruled out as the Chiefs prepare to take on the Buffalo Bills Sunday.
Josh Simmons, who hasn't played or practiced with the team since Week 5, was ruled out once again on Friday. He's still dealing with the personal issue that's been kept under wraps, but has drawn a great deal of speculation.
However, another vital part of the Chiefs' offense won't be on the field Sunday either.
Running back Isaiah Pacheco was ruled out with an MCL sprain he suffered against the Washington Commanders in Week 8. He didn't practice all week, so his absence shouldn't come as a surprise – especially when considering the nature of his injury.
