HAUGHTON, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is returning to the turf where his athletic career first began for a special night in Haughton High School history.
Prescott will receive a hometown welcome during an official field dedication ceremony at 6 p.m. Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Harlan Stadium. The former Haughton Buccaneer wore the number 6 during his high school playing days.
A standout both on and off the field, Prescott has remained deeply connected to his alma mater. According to a news release, over the years, he has hosted youth football camps, donated sports equipment and uniforms, purchased school supplies, and sponsored athletic events.
Before the start of the 2025 football season, Prescott donated more than $1 million to the school to construct
