Friends of Folsom volunteers are holding a fundraising event this weekend to help feed families in need for Thanksgiving.

The 16th annual turkey drive is being held at the Zittle Family Amphitheater in Folsom. Admission is $20 or a frozen turkey, with proceeds and food donations going to the Sacramento Food Bank. The Spazmatics, an 80s cover band, will perform.

Another "Buy One More" turkey event is scheduled for Nov. 11, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Donations can be made at multiple grocery store locations, including Walmart, Safeway and Grocery Outlet in Folsom and the Orangevale Walmart. Learn more here .
