Imoved from Las Vegas to Newnan in 1987. A quiet little town that felt like home the very first visit. So much so that I bought a 120-year-old home on Greenville Street the very first day I visited.
There were 10,000 people in the city and another 10,000 in the county. I remember being so excited that I had found the perfect small town to raise a family.
Two months later, I had scheduled movers and family to all arrive the same day to start putting this new life together. Of course, the moving van did not show up on day one, and the hotel options were very limited then.
