David Dhawan is returning to the director’s chair with 'Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai'. Headlined by his son Varun Dhawan, the rom-com also stars Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde, and has a new release date. Instead of April 2026, the film has now been scheduled to hit the big screen on June 5, 2026.

Announcing the release date, the makers of Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai wrote on Instagram, “Drama bhi hona hai, comedy bhi - kyunki jab ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’ in cinemas on 5th June 2026.”
