FARGO — Sanford health got into the Halloween spirit today for the kids in their care.

This morning, nurses dressed up babies in the NICU for their first Halloween.

Several wore work outfits like a UPS driver or postal carrier, while others went the superhero route.

Later that afternoon, doctors and nurses also had a little reverse trick-or-treating with the kids.

Staff went room to room in costumes, handing out Halloween treats.

The costumes and the reversal of Halloween roles have become a tradition at Sanford.
