Latest forecasts for Halloween night in Massachusetts are predicting high winds and chilly temperatures that might feel even colder from the gusty breeze.
A wind advisory remains in effect statewide until 5 a.m. Saturday as strong winds seek to intensify overnight, according to the National Weather Service .
