ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM)- Isolated showers begin to dissipate tonight, with mostly cloudy skies, and overnight lows near 36 degrees. Sustained winds will be near 15 miles per hour, with gusts upwards of 40 to 50 miles per hour. Due to the strong winds, a Wind Advisory was issued today, which remains until 5 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1. Isolated showers are possible on Saturday, mainly before 11 a.m., and from then on, a mix of sun and clouds is expected. High pressure will settle in the region by Sunday, bringing back more sunshine. Next week, temperatures will be in the fifties, with rain possible on Monday evening, as well as in the mid-week.
