WEST PITTSTON, Pa. — This time every year, the borough of West Pittston sheds its name and dons a new one: HalloweenTown.

"Happy Halloween!" says one trick-or-treater.

Some even say that when West Pittston becomes Halloweentown, it transforms into another trick-or-treater who says, "The best place ever."

And that's because, "It gets you a lot of candy, and there's a whole bunch of cool costumes here," says Noah Allen, from New York.

Cool costumes like "a haunted doll," "Pennywise," or "Chucky."

The cool costumes are just one reason why some folks who grew up in HalloweenTown say they'll never leave.
