CARROLLTON — The Hebron football team wasted no time setting the tone Friday night, opening with a successful onside kick and scoring just four plays later to take control in a 42-7 win over Denton Braswell from Brian Brazil Stadium.
Junior quarterback Brady Brock connected with senior wide receiver Tyler Hoke on a 39-yard touchdown pass with 10:43 left in the first quarter, capping a 54-yard drive that lasted just 1:17. Senior running back Ayson McCray-Jones added a 5-yard touchdown run with 3:08 remaining in the first to give the Hawks a 14-0 lead.
