Harper Creek's Converse embracing opportunity to coach his sons

BATTLE CREEK - Eleven years ago, Cam Converse was on the sidelines for Harper Creek football games as a young ballboy, watching the older boys play and getting a close look at his dad as one of the assistant coaches for the Beavers.

Now, Cam Converse is a senior captain on the Harper Creek football team, and he is playing for his dad Mason Converse, the Beavers' head coach.
