Frederick City Council to discuss potential data center revenues

Frederick’s City Council will further explore the topic of data centers Thursday with a discussion on potential revenues from the facilities.

City Council President Katie Nash kick-started talks around data centers at the city level by introducing the need for a text amendment of city code. The intent to introduce legislation was announced in a council meeting June 5.
