Retired Valley teacher Edwards had wide impact

Friends of retired Selinsgrove Area school teacher Harvey Edwards were surprised by Thursday’s sudden passing of the beloved educator.

“What a tragedy. He was the happiest, most outgoing guy,” said Todd Newcomb, associate director of athletics at Bucknell University, Edwards’ alma mater.
