BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Good morning and happy Saturday! We are under a frost advisory this morning which is set to expire at 9 a.m. CDT. Temperatures are generally in the mid to upper 30s. We will likely start out the first day of November with some sunshine, but clouds will likely increase as we go into the afternoon and evening hours. It is all thanks to our next system developing across the central United States. An area of low pressure will likely impact the Southeast tomorrow giving us chilly temperatures and a chance for scattered showers. We should remain mostly dry today. Temperatures this afternoon will likely climb into the mid 60s with light winds from the south-southeast at 5 mph. The weather looks nice for the Moss Rock Festival today in Hoover. If you have any evening
