Georgia athletic director Josh Brooks quickly dismissed any speculation regarding him and ths vacant LSU athletic director position. He also reaffirming his commitment to the Bulldogs on social media Friday.

Brooks, an LSU alum and Louisiana native, might seem to be a good fit to return home. But he made it clear on X that he has no plans to leave Athens.

“Georgia fans — with success often comes speculation, but I want to address it directly,” Brooks wrote. “I have not been contacted by anyone at LSU, and more importantly, I have no interest in any other job. My full focus remains on the University of Georgia, our student-athletes, coaches, staff, and fans.”
