LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Clouds will continue to thicken across WAVE Country today as our next system quickly approaches.

Those clouds will drop some light rain showers later this afternoon and become more widespread into the evening hours. A period of light rain is likely tonight with cool temperatures in the 40s.
