SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) - After a stretch of cool sunshine, temperatures will continue to stay below average today, with highs near the low 70s. Clouds will gradually increase throughout the day as a weak cold front approaches from the west.
This front isn’t strong, but it will bring a few stray showers later this afternoon, continuing into the evening and overnight. A few lingering showers may start your Monday, but as the front moves out, the sky will begin to clear, and we’ll warm back into the low 70s with a mix of sun and clouds by the afternoon.
High pressure builds in right behind the front and will dominate much of the upcoming week. That means plenty of sunshine and a warming trend, with highs climbing to the mid and upper 70s by mid to late week, above average for this time of yea
