New Delhi: Following the successful deployment of the CMS-03 satellite for the Indian Navy by the mightiest operational rocket in ISRO’s fleet, the LVM3, ISRO Chairman V Narayanan said, “I am happy to announce that LVM3-M5 launch vehicle has successfully injected the CMS-03 communications satellite in the required orbit. The satellite, weighing 4,410 kg is precisely injected within the specification of the orbit. Let me congratulate the entire ISRO community, the project teams, all the team members, and our industry partners for your outstanding contribution for accomplishment of this great mission. This is our 103rd launch from Sriharikota, and the eighth successful, successive mission of the LVM3 launch vehicle.”
