Running the New York City Marathon is no easy feat. But Bachelor nation 'It Girl' Tayshia Adams has it down to a science.
That's no surprise, considering she just completed her third consecutive NYC Marathon. And she shared with E! all the tips, tricks, and must-have products that helped her cross the finish line.
