PHOENIX (AZFamily) — One woman is dead, and three people are hurt after a multi-car, rollover crash in central Phoenix on Sunday morning.

Around 4:30 a.m., first responders were dispatched to the intersection of 7th Avenue and Thomas Road for reports of a three-car crash.

Firefighters extricated one person from a flipped vehicle, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

One woman died on the scene, and three other people were transported to a nearby hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

The intersection has been closed as Phoenix police conduct their investigation.
