Embattled Auburn head coach Hugh Freeze has been hanging on to his job by a thread in the past couple of weeks.

There were rumors that the Tigers were ready to move on from Freeze if they lost to Arkansas in Week 9, which would have been Auburn's fifth loss in a row. The Tigers prevailed over Arkansas, and Freeze was allowed to coach on the sidelines against Kentucky on Saturday.
The Tigers lost 10-3 to the Wildcats on Saturday, dropping Auburn to 4-5 overall and 1-5 in SEC play.
