PILOT OAK, Ky. (WSIL) -- A deadly crash occurred on Saturday morning in the Pilot Oak community of Graves County involving a car and a motorcycle.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office said Jose Ruiz, 26 of Union City, Tennessee, was driving eastbound on Kentucky 94 West in a 2017 Toyota Corolla. After stopping at the intersection of Kentucky 94 and Kentucky 129, the sheriff's office said he attempted a left turn and collided with a 2002 Harley-Davidson motorcycle driven by Ronald Minor, 52 of Puryear, Tennessee. Minor was ejected from his motorcycle due to the impact.

Ruiz and his passenger were not reported with any injuries in the collision. However, Minor was taken to Murray-Calloway County Hospital by EMS and later flown to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
