Enjoy the sunny Sunday skies, Seattle. The seasonal rain returns Monday, right as the end of Daylight Saving Time wreaks havoc on sleep schedules across the region during the first full week of November, according to the National Weather Service.

It’s one of America’s least favorite times of year. Sure, we got an extra hour of sleep this morning, but the time change still manages to mess with clock and circadian rhythms alike.

Meteorologist Jeff Michalski said a low-pressure weather system will move into the region from the Pacific Ocean early Monday and will bring rain through Friday.
